To begin with, you need to develop your oratorical skills. If you cannot clearly express your thoughts, it is extremely difficult to convey to the customer the value of the product and the importance of the purchase.

At a minimum, start with a monologue. First, write (by hand!) what you actually want to say. Then rehearse and perform - yourself in front of yourself (mirror).

The next stage is a performance in front of someone.

It requires the skill of communication with people. After all, if you just go out to the main square of the city and start broadcasting, you will most likely be gently swaddled and sent to rest in the appropriate institution.

A successful performance requires a target audience. But the whole task is not to collect the CA. You need to get them interested - and for this you connect communication skills. You are watching an audience (or an individual), "leading" them.

Ideally, you should be an observer "in life ". Developing these abilities helps you better understand your audience and build the most effective behaviors.
