Going down the stairs, we find ourselves in a small room separated by a lattice. We will find first aid kits, grenades and ammunition there. When we go inside, a few Nazis will appear after a while. We kill them and move down the corridor.
When we reach a large room with a collapsing bridge, we have to run through it as soon as possible before it falls.
Secret 1 - We are in a room with several computers. There is a map hanging on the wall, behind which I find a blocked cache. To open it, we need to go to the left corner of the table, which is nearby, squat down and press the button under the table top (gold).
